2. Uses

2.1. Lutein, Zeaxanthin

Duties of Lutein and Zeaxanthin:

• Helps to build cell membrane structure
• Filter for short wavelength light
• Maintain redox balance

For eyes:

• Helps absorb excess energy from sunlight, electronic devices, prevent harmful ultraviolet rays from reaching the eyes.
• Improve eyesight.
• Improve the content of yellow pigment in the eyes, reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration
• Strong anti-oxidant, protects the body from free radical damage.

For skin:

• Preventing tanning, skin cancer caused by harmful factors from the environment (UV rays, blue light, stress, ..)
• Improve skin tone, skin texture
• Decreased production of melanin (the cause of dark spots on the skin)

GOS:

Vitamin

• Trẻ em từ 4 – 12 tuổi: uống 7,5 ml-10 ml/ngày
