EXCHANGE POLICY
Conditions of exchange and return
- Customers still have purchase receipts
- Sản phẩm phải đúng với sản phẩm đã mua trên đơn hàng
- The product packaging is still in its original box, stamp, label, no signs of being used
- In case the customer has opened the box and discovers that there is a manufacturing error, the customer needs to take a picture and call the hotline 0845 559 559 for instructions.
Conditions of exchange and return
– Wrong product specification due to manufacturer’s fault (lack of quantity, inconsistent color …)
– Return and exchange due to the wrong product compared to the order information
– The product has an affected external condition such as: dented, distorted, torn, scratched, wet, etc. due to the transportation process (collectively referred to as box damage).
– The product expires before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer
– In case of not accepting product exchange or return:
– Customers change product types and models
– No/lost purchase receipt
– The product shows signs of opening the lid, the box is torn, the seal is lost
– Wrong storage by customers leads to product damage
Time limit for exchange and return
Within 3 days after receiving the goods, if the product is defective in the above conditions, the customer can return it or request an exchange for another product of equivalent value in the following order:
– Call to notify Hanaphaco Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company about the exchange (specification of the product’s condition)
– Contact phone: 0845 559 559
– The company checks the customer’s feedback on the product, if the above conditions are true, the company will contact and ask the customer to send the goods to the company at the address: 8 BT2, Handi Resco Urban Area , Pham Van Dong Street, Co Nhue 2, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi.
– After 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the order is defaulted to be complete and no returns are accepted.
Return cost
– Return and exchange fee: Free
– If there is an additional shipping fee during the return process, the shipping fee will be calculated as follows:
– Shipping costs to Hanaphaco Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company: Customer pays
– Company costs to send goods back to customers: Hanaphaco Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company pays
Refund
– Refund method: Bank transfer
– Refund time: 5-7 working days
